In the video, Halley explains how she avoided getting dress coded by lying really well.

“Ok, for context, I wore sl**ty outfits to high school every single day and I often would get dress coded,” she said, speaking directly at the camera.

“One time, shocker, I walked into school wearing like a bra, a skirt, and stiletto heels, basically not one item of clothing I was wearing was following the dress code.”

Halley explains that she ran into the principal during first period, having no way of avoiding her due to the hallways being empty and the two being the only people there.

“She stops me and says ‘You cannot be wearing that,’” she said.

She then shared that she’s always been an “incredible liar,” knowing how to get people to believe her.

She explains that in order to trick people into believing your lies, you must lie often about little things, and have people realize that you’re not telling the truth.

“The other technique is that you make up a lie that makes the other person so f**king uncomfortable that they can’t say anything,” Halley reveals.

When the principal asked her if she had a jacket, Halley explained the lie that she made up on the spot.

“On my feet, I thought of this. I was like ‘Principal, I do have a jacket but I had to give it to my friend because she just started her period and she bled through her pants and I needed to give it to her so she could tie it around her waist because she’s so embarrassed,” she said.

The principal was stunned and uncomfortable, telling her to find another jacket to put on and letting her go.

While Halley promised she’d get back to her to confirm that she was dressed appropriately and following the dress code, in reality, she left the school and faced no further repercussions.

“The faculty and administration of my school did not like me,” she concludes the video.
