SINGER Lisa Marie Presley has been rushed to hospital after reportedly suffering a possible cardiac arrest.
According to TMZ, Lisa Marie’s housekeeper found the 54-year-old unresponsive in the bedroom of her Calabasas home on Thursday.
A source told the outlet that it was Lisa Marie’s ex-husband, Danny Keough, who performed CPR until paramedics arrived.
The 54-year-old daughter of Elvis reportedly went into “full arrest” and was given adrenaline at least once to help her regain her pulse.
Her current condition is unknown at this time.
A family source told The U.S. Sun that not much information about the singer’s health status has been shared.
“We don’t know a lot at the moment, only that she was rushed to hospital. It’s terrible for the girls,” the source said.
Photos obtained by TMZ showed Lisa Marie’s mother, Priscilla Presley, arriving at the hospital to be by her side.
Lisa Marie – the only child of iconic musician Elvis and actress Priscilla – was recently spotted at the Golden Globe Awards on Tuesday.
She accompanied her mother to see Austin Butler win an award for his portrayal of the King of Rock n’ Roll in the biopic Elvis.
The famed singer looked frail in the days leading up to Tuesday’s award show as she had to cling onto Butler’s arm in photos before the event.
Dawning an all-black dress, Lisa Marie wrapped her arms around the actor for support as she walked across the red carpet and into the Beverly Hilton Hotel.
Her eyes looked distanced and tired and she had a slight slouch.
HEIR TO THE ELVIS ESTATE
Born on February 1, 1968, Lisa Marie is the sole heir to her father’s estate, with the crooner dying when she was nine.
Following her legendary father’s footsteps, Lisa Marie released several albums, including her platinum-selling debut album To Whom It May Concern, Now What and Storm & Grace.
Her debut album is praised as having a “distinctive flair.”
Lisa Marie has been married four times, including to singer Michael Jackson for two years.
She was first married to musician Danny Keough, with the pair going on to have two children before their divorce in 1994.
Twenty days after her divorce was finalized, the singer then married Michael Jackson in ’94.
The pair met in 1975 when a seven-year-old Lisa Marie attended several of his concerts in Las Vegas and became friends in adult life in ’92 when she helped him through his most troubled times.
But it wasn’t meant to be and the couple split in 1996.
She then married actor Nicholas Cage, with the marriage lasting just 108 days in 2002.
Lisa Marie went on to marry her music producer Michael Lockwood, with the pair having twin daughters.
However, they divorced after 10 years of marriage.
