TWO women have been charged with manslaughter and neglect over the death of a two-year-old girl.
Emma Lomax-Newton, 29, and Cindy Molyneux, 51, have been charged with neglect and manslaughter.

It comes after toddler Maisie Lomax-Newton died in December 2021.
Greater Manchester Police said both have been charged with neglect and manslaughter.
They have been bailed to appear at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates Court on June 7, 2023.
